I'm bummed because I've gained like 20 pounds in the last year (sitting on my ass doing the work necessary to get good grades is NOT conducive to keeping my girlish figure) but I can't find the motivation to actually stop eating everything that isn't nailed down and I dunno, EXERCISE once in a while. I just feel blah. And unfocused.
Time to get off my butt, get some exercise, and snap the hell out of it!

It's normal, really.
Sometimes I write..
sometimes I just watch movies..
sometimes I talk to someone..
and sometimes I exercise.
But usually I don't exercise. :op
I hate that feeling especially when you know you should be as happy as a stoner in a police evidence locker! (Awesome description)
Exercise? Well, that probably would help, but damn it's hard to do!

I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm really not trying to scare you, I'm simply sharing here...I gained 60 freakin' pounds while in grad school!!! But, I am a serious stress-eater (obviously!!) and anything that wasn't nailed down, or moving, was consumed during those days. (Keep in mind I was also working two jobs, one of which is in the heart of the ghetto, and raising my son on my own!)
I know it's hard, but try and find some time just for you. Maybe take a walk for 10 minutes in the evening or something. Yeah, I know, easier said than done!!
I'm sorry you feel blah...if you were closer I'd come over and take you out drinking (that would cheer you up, right?) I've been feeling a little like I can't get out of my own way lately too...if you snap out of it, send some snap over here, would ya? Please!

Oh I Am Feeling YOu. Gained 15 pounds in the last year. Can't get motivated. So Much To Do but want to? No. Stress girl. I know it's stress and I know exercise will relieve it. But so does a bag of chips and a rum drink....
